Alexander Fase

Alexander brings 18 years of senior design experience rooted in Dutch editorial tradition — one of the most rigorous standards in the world for typography, layout and visual communication. He trained and worked in the Netherlands before bringing that precision to Namibia. At Vorm, Alexander leads brand identity, web design and AI product development. His work is defined by restraint, craft and a refusal to compromise on quality.
Sven Rossouw

Sven has built a career on the intersection of art direction, editorial design and large-scale campaign production. He brings deep experience in managing complex visual output across multiple brands simultaneously — without losing quality. At Vorm, Sven leads visual production across all active clients and is the co-architect of Vorm's production system, which now delivers over 636 posts per month. His ability to maintain creative consistency at scale is what makes the entire operation run.
